A little over a month ago, I made a wish out loud, in the form of a blog post: I wanted a dark green bag for fall. You’d think that wouldn’t be much of a problem, what with the whole Internet and its desire to sell me things, but when I got down to looking, the options were kind of scant. green leather in any shade isn’t something we see a whole lot unless it’s a trend, and the indicates of trend production had not yet caught up with my stray whims. Luckily, they have now.
As I was surveying new arrivals after the holiday, something jumped out at me: There are unexpectedly lots of dark green bags available that weren’t a couple weeks ago, and lots of of them are from indie contemporary labels. Those small brands might be a little better tapped in to the emerging desires of younger buyers than their a lot more well established (which often indicates “slower”) counterparts. One thing was absolutely clear from the incredibly enthusiastic action to my original post, though, and it’s that my desire for a dark green bag isn’t isolated. check out nearly a dozen brand new options we identified below.
